Terms of Service

JerkGo is a strictly adults-only platform. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are legally permitted to access adult-oriented content and services where you are located.
• You will not allow any minor to access the Service through your device, network, or account.
• Any age confirmation you provide is truthful. If you are under 18, you must not use the Service.

JerkGo is a no-login, mobile-first random video chat service intended for adult users. The Service may include live video chat, peer-to-peer text chat, random matching, swipe/skip functions, anti-abuse tools, ads, affiliate links, and admin-managed runtime features.

You understand and agree that:

• The Service may include sexual, explicit, adult, or offensive content.
• We do not guarantee that any other user is truthful about their identity, age, location, interests, or intent.
• Some on-screen indicators, including online counts, activity feeds, match information, age/country labels, or similar UI elements, may be approximate, delayed, estimated, illustrative, inferred, or system-generated for product functionality and should not be treated as verified facts about any individual user.
• We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature at any time.

Public chat users do not need to create a user account to access core chat features. However, certain administrative or back-office features may require an authorized admin login.

You are responsible for all activity from your device while using the Service.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, lawful, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, lease, scrape, or exploit the Service except as allowed by law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service or its security features.
• Use bots, scripts, automation, or traffic manipulation tools.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or dataset.
• Circumvent ad, anti-bot, access-control, moderation, or safety features.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, extort, defraud, or exploit another person.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation.
• Display, request, distribute, or promote any content involving minors.
• Share or threaten to share non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Record, screenshot, copy, stream, publish, or redistribute another user's image, audio, chat, or personal information without their clear consent and all rights required by law.
• Promote prostitution, trafficking, coercion, violence, incest, bestiality, sexual assault, or any non-consensual conduct.
• Send spam, malware, phishing links, scams, or malicious code.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
• Interfere with the experience of other users or the stability of the Service.
• We may remove access, block devices or IPs, preserve evidence, or report conduct to law enforcement where appropriate.

The Service may request access to your camera and microphone through your browser. You are solely responsible for what you choose to display, say, or transmit.

You acknowledge that:

• Video and text communications may expose you to conduct, language, nudity, or content you find offensive.
• Other users may violate our rules despite our efforts.
• You should not share personal, financial, login, address, or identifying information with strangers. In ordinary operation, media and chat content may be transmitted directly between users using WebRTC or similar peer-to-peer technologies, while our servers may handle signaling, routing, session setup, abuse prevention, and operational metadata.

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, review, log, investigate, restrict, or remove activity on the Service to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or preserve platform integrity.

We may take any of the following actions at our sole discretion:

• Issue warnings.
• End or interrupt chats.
• Block, suspend, or permanently ban access.
• Block IP addresses, devices, fingerprints, or related identifiers.
• Retain moderation evidence and logs.
• Report conduct to payment partners, ad partners, hosting providers, regulators, or law enforcement. You have no right to continued access to the Service.

The Service may display ads, sponsor panels, interstitials, promoted placements, or affiliate links. We may earn revenue when ads are displayed, clicked, viewed, or when you interact with affiliate offers.

Third-party ads or links may take you off our Service and onto third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, billing, data practices, or performance.

Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

The Service may rely on third-party infrastructure, content delivery, anti-bot, analytics, ad, hosting, communications, and affiliate partners. We may also embed scripts, iframes, tags, or content controlled by third parties.

We do not control third-party terms, privacy practices, uptime, or conduct, and we are not liable for them.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, layout, text, graphics, code, and other content owned by us, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license granted above, we reserve all rights.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us at dmca@jerkgo.com with sufficient detail for us to review the claim.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, successful matches, connection quality, video quality, regional availability, or error-free operation.

Outages, disconnects, latency, peer failures, ad failures, moderation actions, device incompatibility, and third-party interruptions may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment.

We do not warrant that:

1. The Service will always be secure, available, or error-free.
2. Any user is authentic, safe, legal, or truthful.
3. Any content will be accurate, reliable, or suitable.
4. The Service will meet your expectations or be available in your jurisdiction.
5. Any safety, anti-bot, or moderation measure will be fully effective.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JerkGo and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, use, business opportunity, or reputation, arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

1. The amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
2. US $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JerkGo and its affiliates, personnel, service providers, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

1. Your use of the Service.
2. Your violation of these Terms.
3. Your violation of any law or any third-party right.
4. Your content, conduct, recordings, disclosures, or interactions with other users.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including suspected violations of these Terms, abuse risk, legal risk, or operational reasons.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute, and privacy-related provisions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts, and you consent to those courts' jurisdiction and venue, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted, unless a later date is stated.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
